AudioMind is a creative services studio, not a plug-in bundle or subscription product. Every engagement begins with a written brief: usage channels, duration targets, reference tracks, tempo and mood constraints, revision rounds and licensing scope. We select generative models and editing tools per project — text-to-audio for fresh compositions, reference-guided generation when a stem direction is locked, and mastering when broadcast standards apply.
Pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars. Standard projects include three iteration rounds; additional passes are scoped before work continues. Retainers are available for teams with recurring sonic output — a defined monthly deliverable count, priority turnaround and a dedicated sound director.
Music Beds & Underscore
Original beds for campaigns, documentaries, installations and digital products. We work from mood notes, temp tracks and reference palettes — never by copying existing recordings. Deliverables include full mix, instrumental stem and edit-friendly versions where scoped. Typical packages from C$2,800.
Sonic Identity & Logos
Stings, idents and palette-matched signatures that carry your visual brand into sound. Multiple candidate directions in the first pass, refined across agreed iteration rounds. Includes usage-rights documentation for web, broadcast and event channels. Packages from C$3,400.
Sound Design & Designed Textures
Atmospheric layers, UI feedback sounds, transition cues and designed foley-style textures. Organised stem libraries with consistent naming for post-production teams. Ideal for apps, exhibitions and interactive installations. Per-batch pricing from C$1,950.
Podcast & Broadcast Packages
Intro beds, outro cues, episode themes and ad-break transitions with loudness targets suitable for Canadian broadcast and streaming platforms. Includes QC notes and format specifications. Season packages from C$4,200.
Game & Interactive Audio
Loop-ready ambient zones, adaptive layers and menu beds for games and interactive experiences. Seamless loop points verified in-engine where clients provide test builds. Usage scoped for platform and territory. Project quotes from C$5,600.
Sound Direction & Usage Rights
Human review on every deliverable — arrangement, dynamics, phase coherence and brand fit. Licensing summaries cover channels, territories, duration and sublicensing. We flag copyright and voice-cloning risks before generation begins.
How engagements are structured
Per-project quotes suit campaign beds and one-off sonic identity work. Per-deliverable pricing works for catalogue batches — UI sound sets, podcast cue libraries, ambient zone packs. Retainers serve Canadian organisations with continuous generative audio needs: a monthly deliverable allocation, standing sound direction and documented revision policy.
Rush timelines are available when studio capacity allows, quoted at premium rates. We do not begin generation until scope, turnaround and rights language are confirmed in writing. Deposits may apply on projects above C$8,000.
Evening sessions & remote review
Our Grant Street studio hosts in-person playback sessions for Vancouver clients. Remote clients receive secure review links with timestamped notes on each iteration pass. We accommodate Pacific Time business hours and schedule playback calls within Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 PT unless otherwise agreed.
