Cookie Policy
How audiomindai.life uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Introduction
AudioMind Inc. ("AudioMind", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on audiomindai.life to operate the website, remember your preferences and — with your consent — understand how visitors use our pages. This Cookie Policy explains what we use, why, and how you can manage your choices. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
We comply with Canadian privacy expectations under PIPEDA. Non-essential cookies are not placed until you provide consent through our cookie banner.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them). Similar technologies include localStorage, which we use to store your cookie consent preferences for six months.
Cookies may be "first-party" (set by audiomindai.life) or "third-party" (set by analytics or hosting providers we use).
3. Cookie categories we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They cannot be disabled through our cookie banner because the site would not operate correctly without them. They do not require consent under most privacy frameworks but we disclose them here for transparency.
- Session and security cookies: maintain basic site functionality and protect forms from abuse where implemented by hosting infrastructure.
- Consent storage (localStorage): key
am_cookie_consentstores your Accept, Reject or Customise choices for six months so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
3.2 Analytics (optional — requires consent)
If you click "Accept all" or enable Analytics in Customise, we may use analytics tools to collect aggregated information about page views, referral sources, device type and general usage patterns. This helps us understand which studio pages are useful and improve site structure. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles or sold to third parties.
Typical analytics retention is twelve to twenty-six months per vendor defaults. IP addresses may be truncated or anonymized depending on vendor configuration.
3.3 Preferences (optional — requires consent)
Preference cookies remember choices that are not strictly necessary — for example, dismissing optional UI elements or remembering display preferences where implemented. These are only set if you consent via Accept all or enable Preferences in Customise.
4. How consent works
When you first visit audiomindai.life, a banner offers three choices:
- Accept all: enables strictly necessary, analytics and preference storage.
- Reject all: enables strictly necessary only; analytics and preference cookies are not set.
- Customise: opens a modal where you can toggle Analytics and Preferences independently. Strictly necessary storage always remains active.
Your choice is saved in localStorage for six months (approximately 183 days). After expiry, the banner reappears and you may choose again. You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data for audiomindai.life in your browser settings, which resets consent and shows the banner on your next visit.
5. Third-party cookies
Where analytics or hosting providers set third-party cookies, they act as sub-processors on our behalf. We select providers with reasonable privacy practices and configure them to minimize data collection where options exist. A sub-processor list is available on request at [email protected].
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality, including form submission and consent memory. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Do Not Track signals are not uniformly supported across browsers; our consent banner remains the primary mechanism for optional cookies on this site.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tooling or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
