ABOUT
A Vancouver studio where briefs become resonance
AudioMind Inc. is a generative-AI audio and music studio — a creative services firm, not a product on an app store.
Who we are
AudioMind was founded to give Canadian brands, creators and agencies access to original music beds and sonic identity without the timeline pressure of traditional scoring alone or the generic feel of stock libraries. We operate from Suite 105 at 1330 Grant Street in Vancouver's Strathcona neighbourhood — a short walk from the port, surrounded by production houses, post studios and the independent creators who keep the West Coast sound scene varied.
Our team combines sound direction, music production and generative-AI workflow design. We are incorporated in British Columbia as AudioMind Inc. (BN 749518063 RC0001) and conduct business in Canadian dollars with clear written scope on every engagement.
The name reflects what we do: we take the tone in your mind — the mood note, the temp track description, the half-formed sonic idea — and make it audible through generative tools guided by human ears. We are not a wellness application, not a meditation product, and not a training course. The .life domain is branding; our work is professional audio production.

How we work
Every project follows the Resonance pass: Listen, Shape, Refine, Deliver. We begin by understanding usage — broadcast, web, installation, game engine, phone system — because licensing and loudness targets depend on it. We agree revision rounds and turnaround before any model generates audio.
Generative models accelerate exploration; humans decide what ships. Our sound directors review arrangement, frequency balance, phase coherence, loop integrity and brand fit on every pass. When a brief requires voice elements, we follow strict consent and cloning policies — no impersonation without written permission.
We document tool categories in project notes without turning proposals into vendor brochures. Clients receive deliverables, usage-rights summaries and QC notes — not opaque black-box exports they cannot clearance for their channels.
Responsible production
We do not reproduce copyrighted recordings, clone voices without consent, or create audio intended to mislead listeners about its origin. AI-generated music can unintentionally resemble existing works; our review process includes similarity checks where appropriate. Clients remain responsible for final channel clearance — our documentation supports that process but is not legal advice.
